In taking steps to improve our users’ customer service experience, CrusaderSterling Pensions has deployed and implemented the new MATRIX CC for Customers Contact Centre and the Legend CRM for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
These application platforms were put into first use during the Third Quarter of 2015. This is to enhance customer service delivery for users’ by managing all customer calls with automated responses and task assignment for auto-tracking and speedy resolution. This has evidently reduced the wait times for customer enquiries via any platform.
