INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONDER (IVR)
Our multilingual Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is available in English, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa. The essence of the IVR system is to improve on our Value Added Services and increase customer satisfaction via self-service through interactive voice response. CrusaderSterling Pensions has also integrated the IVR system with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Call Centre system.
This is a platform for customers to request their balances (active and retiree) and receive automated responses in various languages using mobile phones.
To use this service:
- Dial 01- 271 3800-4
- Press 1 at the voice prompt to listen to the IVR options
- Follow the voice prompts afterwards to listen to the menu.
To further enhance our customer service delivery, we have also deployed an SMS SHORT service to our customers. Customers are expected to dial-to-query our databases from their phones requesting for balances among other information.
